Position Summary

We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to follow direction from the Premium Lead to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best experience for our fans. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - involves evening and weekend shifts.  

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.85 CAD

 

This position will remain open until June 6, 2025. 

 

About the Venue

Welcome to ROGERS Field at Nat Bailey Stadium, proud home of the Vancouver Canadians. Oak View Group serves the stadium as its main Food & Beverage partner during a brief but intense season of 66 games in 11 weeks, running from April to September. The venue is family-friendly and offers a positive environment where to grow your skills while creating memorable moments for the fans. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking for an extra gig, part-time work, and a fun work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Setup suites area and follow BEO requests.
  • Follow instructions and help coworkers and other departement.
  • Run orders, beverages and trays when needed.
  • Connect with guests and guarantee fans satisfaction with service received.
  • Collect payment for orders, add-ons and end of the day cleaning routine and restocking par levels.
  • This role includes food and beverage service, at times more focused on the beverage side and at times more focused on service of trays and food orders.

Knowledge, skills & experience: 

  • Work independently when required using your own initiative. 
  • Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience 
  • Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival environment or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Well-mannered and professional appearence.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience work in F&B
  • 2 years of experience in stadiums or live entertainment facilities preferred
  • Serving It Right certification
