Position Summary

The Condiment and Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness, and organization of all concessions stands as well as preparing, maintaining and tear down of condiment stands inside and out.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00 CAD and is tip eligible. 

 

Benefits for Part-Time roles: Pension matching.

 

This position will remain open until June 27, 2025.

Welcome to Roger's Field at Nat Bailey Stadium, proud home of the Vancouver Canadians. We serve the stadium as its main food & beverage partner during a brief, but intense season of 66 games in 11 weeks, running from April to September. The venue is family-friendly and offers a positive environment where to grow your skills while creating memorable moments for the fans. Responsibilities

  • Maintains condiments, stock and supply levels at all condiment stands communicating to warehouse and/or the Concessions Manager of low stock items for the duration of the baseball game.
  • Pre-sets all concessions stands with sanitization buckets, spray bottles and wipes.
  • Does a final sanitization all stands post game.
  • Sweeps and mops all concourse stands post game. 
  • Listens and responds to customer requests or concerns in a professional and helpful manner if they arrive.
  • Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in all work areas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 or over.
  • Three or more months experience in food service industry preferred.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn to handle cash and learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
