The Assistant Ticketing Manager position will assist in the comprehensive management of all ticketing operations. Responsibilities include building, managing and settling a wide variety of events. Working with Premium Seating to fulfill ticket commitments and orders, daily receipts and staff scheduling. Product specialization will include Host, Archtics, Entry, Account Manager and TM1. The Assistant Manager, Box Office must be able to confidently interact with promoters, tenants and other departments within the organization. This role is supported by and works closely with the entire ticket operations team. This is a full-time position that frequently requires attendance at evening and/or weekend activities, performances and events. Ability to work flexible schedule based on events, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
This role pays an annual salary of $60,000-$70,000 CAD
