Reporting to the Curling Manager or designate, the Head Curling Ice Technician is responsible for but not limited to the production and maintenance of the curling ice. This includes surface preparation, painting and sponsor logo install, ice preparation for league or bonspiel play as well as proper rock conditioning and maintenance. Moreover, you will be a part of a team to ensure the safety and security of the facility, upkeep of cleaning standards, and provide a positive work environment work with other employees but with the customers too.
This role pays an annual salary of $50,000-$60,000 CAD

Located in southwestern Saskatchewan, the Temple Gardens Centre and the Moose Jaw Curling Centre opened in August 2011. The Moose Jaw Curling Centre is an 8 sheet facility and features a large lower lobby, locker rooms and a spacious Original 16 Founders lounge overlooking the ice surface. The Moose Jaw Curling entre is located within the Temple Gardens Centre a sports and entertainment facility featuring an entertainment/sports bowl, distinct meeting areas.
