The Server is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and effectively managing guest seating. They must maintain a strong knowledge of the venue, impeccable standards of cleanliness, and communicate effectively with the food services team. Must be comfortable working in outdoor conditions.

This is a seasonal role from May 4, 2026 and will end on October 2, 2026.

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.60 and is tip eligible

This position will remain open until July 3, 2026.

Welcome to Rogers Stadium, a new 50,000 capacity outdoor venue in North Toronto. Oak View Group serves the stadium as its main Food & Beverage partner during a brief but intense season of 12-15 concerts, running from May to September. • Ensuring organization and cleanliness at all times
• Possess a working knowledge of the venue (location, direction, events, policies etc)
• Effectively manage guest flow to maximize seating capacity
• Know all table numbers and maintain awareness of which servers are in each section
• Communicate with Managers and FOH staff during events to maintain proper guest flow throughout the venue
• Assist management and FOH staff in all necessary preparations and set up for events
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management

• Minimum 1+ years of restaurant experience as a Server
• Wine knowledge is an asset
• Previous experience in a customer service position
• Strong oral communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Must be smart serve certified
• Must be able to work different shifts, which may include holidays, evenings and weekends
