Temple Gardens Centre is currently seeking casual part-time Parking Lot Security Attendant personnel to join our security team.  

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.50 - $16.00 CAD

This position will remain open until October 16, 2026.

• Secures all venue entrances.
• Controlling and monitoring entry to the parking lots.
• Monitoring parking lots for the safety and security of guests, employees, and vehicles.
• Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Performs bag checks and inspections where applicable.
• Ensures all public areas are a safe environment for patrons.
• Maintains a comprehensive security logbook.
• Submits fully detailed incident reports for all incidents.
• Enhances customer service.
• Shows commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Works flexible hours as required by event schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous security services experience would be an asset.
• Prior parking experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and varying weather conditions is a must.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Current CPR and first aid certificates preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving, judgment, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to be assertive and influential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Courteous and professional manner.
• Strong team player.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours as required by event schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
